Does it bother you at all that science is forever getting closer and closer as what it takes for life to have happened? Do you believe there is or is not life on other planets? Notice I said believe because just as with god you cannot know if there is or isn't life on other planets.
It strikes me funny when Believers in god tell atheist they cannot know there isn't a god existing. But then turn right around and tell atheists they know for absolute fact a god exists. Use your Brain You cannot even prove to yourself that god is absolute fact.
Let me give you a philosophy question. This question it not to believe or dis believe it is true. What it does do is shows us that we cannot know anything for absolute fact. Here is the question

In this dream the question is asking about, has every and all beliefs you can come up with as to why it is not true that you are dreaming everything. This is not a trick question.
